Throughout Louisiana, fishermen realize that just because a hint of cold air creeps in, doesn't mean it's time to drop your rods and move to your hunting gear. Impressive fishing - including bass fishing - is still to be had, thanks in large part to the feeding binges that these fish are a part of as the winter looms. Fish, like bass, go on massive feeding binges, gorging themselves on food such as threadfin shad, making it relatively easy and exciting for anglers to gobble up these fish in excess.
